Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with My Favorite Animals , a Secure2U® preferred partner.

For most products, our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error (See below for list of exceptions/exclusions). Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.

Return exceptions/exclusions:

The return of any defective cell phone must be initiated within 7 days of product receipt. This type of return may come back for exchange without exception. Note: Many phones sold are international phones, sold with North American power adapters. The purchaser is responsible for researching whether the phone purchased is compatible with their desired carrier before purchase. Returns will not be accepted due to international origin or due to incompatibility with desired carrier.

Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:

  • refurbished cell phones and new or refurbished cell phone accessories
  • undergarments and swimwear
  • food and nutritional supplements
  • items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
  • toner cartridges
  • new defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
  • opened software
  • new home entertainment products from JVC, Panasonic, Philips or Toshiba (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
  • any return that is missing the originally shipped components
  • any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:

Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed and will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Only items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for return shipping.

Important Notice:

In the case of refused shipment, or any return without prior authorization or an RMA number, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or at the customer’s request, we may elect to accept the item back with a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value. In this case, shipping will not be reimbursed.
